I know how daunting joining a new gym can be and the difference a bit of support can make. Honestly, getting up the long staircase to the gym is often the hardest part! That's why I plan all MBT classes to be full of fun, leaving you energised and wanting to come back for more.
At MBT the size of your body is not important. It's about being fit, enjoying life and building a strong mind. I think that this helps us to be strong when life is difficult. It's about balance and growth. There's no better feeling than knowing that I've helped to make someone's day that bit better and watching them walk out the door after class with a smile on their face.

HIIT is short and tough class! It is exactly what it says it is High-intensity interval/intermittent training. Working as hard as you can for periods no longer than 40 seconds with only a few seconds to recover. Most classes are bodyweight only but occasionally I throw in a kettlebell move! This class will work the entire body and will leave you feeling invigorated.
